Badminton is fun! I had 2 badminton sessions with my colleagues for the past 2 weeks and strained my arm for both sessions. However, it was a great workout! it's one of the best ways to make lazy bum bum me to exercise more.
We had no net for the first session so for the 2nd session, we stacked 2 piles of chairs, placed them at 2 ends and tied a 'net' in the middle with string.
(This shows how creative human can be to achieve their goal)
I was more alert in the 2nd session than the 1st. Thanks to the existence of a net.
I was also exercising more, stretching myself further, aiming each hit with the right strength so it does not fall out of line. Thanks to the existence a net which creates the scoring system.
Overall, i feel more satisfied with myself. Yes, thanks to the dearest net.
(This shows when a defined goal is set in your life, you will work harder in life)
As there were 5 of us, one person from the losing team will have to exchange position with the scorer. Sadly, i find it harder to keep count of the scores than to play badminton because i have to see if the ball goes undernet, keep counts in my head, analyse a bit and daydream a bit...
(This proves that i cannot multi-task....sobz....)
