Chao Da Porridge

Anxiously waiting for my mum to return back home now. I cooked Porridge for her!! She can add in pickled veg, 橄榄菜,皮蛋..hohoho! I has the 1st taste just now, not bad not bad plus it covers up the Chao Da smell also, kekeke..

Ok la, i know i a bit Si bai but i shall be forgiven as it's my first time cooking porridge. I wanted to cook those 软软的粥 which they sold outside. . . . Eh.. . not very successful though. I shall blame it on the unclear instruction given by the Tv Program.

I learnt from tv that in order to cook lan lan porridge, must first add oil into cooked rice, mix it and den put it into boiled water. I did it.. However, instruction was not clear at all.. didnt know how big the fire shld be etc so i just adjust it to the smallest to let it slowly boil. Ended up I could smell Chao Da smell from the porridge, must be the base liao. Nevertheless, my porridge can still be consumed & of cos nice la!! Mai hiam not bad la,hahhaha..

    Chao Ta porridge. k la,nt bad.at least u try. next time can cook 4 PK lor.HAHA.jia lat, i think i must also learn hw to cook la...
