我喜欢这个Saturday =D

This week Saturday (27/01/2007) was truly amazing! I simply love the day...
It was a combination of fun & excitment. It was nerve-wrecking too...keke..

I had a lunch date with Prof Pris in the afternoon . . .

因为我不太懂得 staff club 的约会地点，所以45mins before the meeting time, i stepped out of my hse & started off with my "venue-searching" journey. With a map on hand, it was so easy to find.. and i waited 30mins for the prof to arrive. (It proves that i can navigate WELL on my own too!! =P)

She took me to a chinese restaurant inside staff club (以前R曾经请我吃过那里的豆沙pancake,好吃！）

无可否认，verythestressful。。。。。。。。initially, it was quite awkward but it gradually grows into a conversation. When the dishes that she ordered arrived, both of us didnt start eating immediately. She was talking to me and i have to reply her.. i was tinking in my heart :" wait for her to eat first." The conversation goes on for a while before she started to eat...den i also started to eat. You know wen u watch drama serial on tv, there's always commercial for toilet break. It jolly well describe our lunch as well. Eat a bit, pause a bit, talk a bit, eat a bit, pause a bit, talk a bit........ Sometimes i paused with the chopstick on my hand and talk. Sometimes i paused with the chopstick down and talk. 满辛苦的。。

She stopped eating. One plate was left with half a plate of kai lan and another was left with 3/4 plate chicken. Naturally, i stopped eating also. (I cannot let it be a scene whereby i eat eat eat and the prof just stare at me..)

It was really a very nice conversation with her. It was not only about the job, i knew more abt her as well.. she was from Michigan University. She wanted to be in this teaching profession ever since she was small & the person who inspired her was her father, a pastor. She was also humorous. Cracked a joke that she often teased her husband to add an 'O' in between his name. (His husband is Prof G.D. (Gunter Dufey).

So what was the unbelievable deal?

（1) I will be her part-time teaching asst/reseach asst starting from 12th Feb. (9th Feb is my last day in MOM)
(2) I will be going to Japan (Tokyo) with her on 20plus Feb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *SMILE*
Accomodation, flight ticket, meals (i tink) all will be paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On top of that, i will be earning $12/hr!!!!!!!

Hmm.. there's tings that i worried abt also. Will i be able to do the job well? Do i need to fork out $ to buy more winter clothing & also a blazer (Japan winter season right now)? 2 weeks with the Prof & no one else, wat will it turn out to be?

Nevertheless, im going for it. No doubt. =) Thanks to R & her mum.... Great thanks!! Thank god for the blessing !!

The night b4, we were looking thru East side KTV.. I discovered a shocking thing! HUHZ? Only 1 kbox outlet & 1 partyworld outlet in the EAST area???????? (Kbox at Marine parade & Party World at Loyang Pt) -_______-"

Either East Kias dun sing or East Kias cant sing. . . . Den i start to wonder:" Those tt take part in Superstar, do all of them live in the West???"

My Dept has a chalet at Changi Chalet~ The chalet was BIG. Realli big!!!! 度假屋有两层楼，每一个度假屋之间都有一段距离。一楼的外面有足够的地方让你park好几两车。。一楼的里面有一间超大的厨房！超超大的客厅！

I reached late and there was no more space at the bbq area for me to chap a leg.. so we started our MJ session earlier. At the beginning, i was super super sway.. 一直打出牌给hshan win!! I tink for at least 3 times..... -_-" Yah, i was losing manz. Heng Heng i managed to 五台自摸 once!!!!! *sweat...*

Hmm... it was already 10plus wen we finished our mj.. supposingly i tot i will be heaing home soon. But one of my MOM colleague said he will go home ard midnight and will drive us home/to clementi. So me & Sz waited for him of cos..In the end, i didnt go home at midnight... i reached home at 6plus in the morning!!!!!!!

Frankly speaking, i didnt expect my MOM colleagues to be so cute and play like university ppl.. It was like back to the days wen i first entered uni & had those activities during camps. Wat did we do?

We played Jenga... forfeit was to drink vodka (i lost =()
We played Memory card game... forfeit was also vodka & beer
We played 终极密码。。
we played number game (improvised version by BLeng & Wilbur)

It was fun!! Really!! Esp the last game.. whr i plot against BLeng & Wilbur with the help of SZ. Haha.. 3 of us drank the most & wen i went to toilet, i felt a bit dizzy....

At 5am, all of us was damn tired. We simply shut down the lights, lie down on a big mattress (everyone of us) & chit chat... Or rather it was just TRUTH & TRUTH. At that pt, they keep bombarding me with qns on my resignation,,

Tired but fun.. =)

Am i workaholic? Neh.. im nt! I just like to see my desk 'clean clean'. Less work makes me happy and so...to achieve tt, u need to faster clear ur workload till a pt it becum lighter.

Yawn, i go slp le. But B4 tt, i need to read up notes. Yawn.

hmm... recntly ate a lot of seafood. Today Dad came home and cooked Chili Steamed Crabs for me. I start to wonder if my cholestrol level will be very very very high anot???

工作还没做完就匆匆忙忙赶去莱佛士坊会见她们。

老朋友就是这个样子，久久相约一次但一见面就会叽叽喳喳讲个不停。。

All of us was sooo hungry so we settled on a Jap Restaurant at Raffles City Shopping Centre basement. If you feel u are rich, u can try the food thr. Personally, i tink price range is on the high end... soba nt bad lah

Hmin arrived late and 4 of us just chat chat chat chat chat all the way (me, hmin, cyun, lhui)

Topic ranges from work to bf to old classmates.....

好神奇。。因为时间已让我们每一个人陷入成熟的境界。以前大家都是单纯地在玩耍读书，而现在大家都有了一份稳定的工作（除了我，哈哈哈），有一个可靠的男朋友（也除了我？？哈哈哈）。

老了老了。。大家都老了。。。！！

After jalan jalan & Seoul Garden in Bugis, we went back to my hse & watched Superstar tog.

Da-bao bbq chicken and shared together.

Sky was mingling ard, hoping to share the chicken with us also.

Too bad, 人狗疏途。

以前，我过着很安宁的日子。

他的出现搞乱了我用餐的安宁。


他的 eye power 给了我无形的压力。。

难怪我越来越瘦。原来是他！

真是爱他又恨他。

17.01.2007 - Last big big meal with PK

Today is 17.01.2007. Pk flying off to Denmark on 18.01.2007.

每个人都在问我。。“你会不会舍不得他？”
真的是每一个认识我们的人都这样问我。。

我几乎给每个人的答案都一样。。“不会，因为他是去玩半年，我想他干吗？I got more tings to worry abt"

听起来好像好绝情。哈哈哈。。。

老实讲，我所说的是事实。想念是一定会的 - 我还是人！最后一天跟他在一起时，心也有一点怪怪的。。

but他应该最了解我。。i realli gt more tings to worry abt..哈哈。。

Seoul Garden Student lunch price quite cheap. Only $10.90 ++ person, inclusive of drink. The great ting is everything is there!! Everytime u go to SG at peak hr, cooked food 一出,一眨眼就没了。。cockles,la la and mussels also bigger in size (but not fresh one =( )

今天我辞职了。
消息在短短一两天传开了。

今天我吃了一顿超健康的午餐。
同事后来又吐又泄。（怀疑食物不干净）

今天跟兔子有个约会。
兔子与小熊谈天说地。

现在有一点累

每一次放了工到家后都觉得满累的。。似乎时间不够用。真的不够用。

每天6.30am - 7.00am 之间起床。

7.30am - 8.30am 在前往上班地点的路程。

8.30am - 12.00pm 埋头苦干地面对着电脑按按按。。。

12.00pm - 1.00pm 与MOM 午餐 Kakis 填饱肚子的时间。

1.00pm - 6.00pm 又开始按按按。。

heng 的话 6.00pm 就能放工，不heng 的话就得 OT。

7.30pm 一般上到家的时间。

7.30pm - 8.15pm 冲凉、吃饭。

到了 9.30pm - 10.00pm 过后，我就像睡觉了。

就这样很有模式地过了一天。

是不是每一个上班人士的生活都是这样呢？
其实我的生活模式也不是非常的固定。可是，时间真的不够。想做的事情很多很多但是时间多数分给了工作、来回路程和‘周公’。

就如现在，
想上网查询资料。。
想在MSN多跟朋友谈天说地。。
想在这个部落格留下更多生活点滴和看法。。
想看看书、听听新歌、看看漫画。。

但是一个‘累’就够毁灭所有的想法了。

已经六个月了。我也决定了。消息也迅速传开了。

我的新年愿望很简单 - 开心。现在的开心指数不高。。希望能在新的一年提高吧。。
